Sodium Lauryl Sulfate
Do you suffer from recurrent apthous ulcers, commonly called fever blisters or canker sores. Recent studies suggest the possibility of recurring blisters and sores may be due to an allergic reaction to a common foaming agent in toothpaste called sodium lauryl sulfate.
Consider using all-natural toothpaste that contains no sodium lauryl sulfate. We recommend to our patients Rembrandt Natural. Since Rembrandt Natural contains no sodium lauryl sulfate, it may aid those patients who suffer from this allergic reaction. Also, the toothpaste is gentle enough for our patients to use on two-week and six-month bleaching programs.
If you have further questions about natural versus mainstream toothpaste, ask us at your next visit.
