Hand Washing!

Do you know the simplest, easiest, and most economical way to prevent infection? Wash your hands!

Think about what we do with our hands. We shake other people's hands, touch public surfaces like doorknobs or handrails, hold food, rub our eyes, and the list continues... Our hands carry bacteria and viruses to other people and surfaces continually.

• With all this in mind, wash your hands the proper way!
• Wet and lather your hands with warm water up to your wrists with good anti-microbial soap.
• Rub your hands together for at least fifteen seconds.
• Begin rinsing at your fingertips, rinsing one hand at a time.
• Dry your hands thoroughly with a paper or clean towel.
• If you cannot find soap and water, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. Rub the sanitizer all over your hands, under your nails and between your fingers.
  

Remember to wash frequently.
