For your convenience, you may make an appointment by either emailing appointments@ddschan.com or by calling 415-221-5200. In order to make the office more accessible to more patients, we have modified the office hours slightly.

The office will be open and seeing patients:
Tuesday thru Friday
8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
