Need help or have a question about your bill? We are here to help you. Call our office at 415-221-5200 and we will gladly answer your questions.
To help keep our billing streamlined we've instituted some minor changes. One change you may notice is that we now only send you a bill if you have an outstanding balance and none if the balance should be paid by your insurance. Another change is to not bill for any charge under $100 (you are responsible for your payment or portion of payment at the time of service). To make patient payments convenient, we are able to take all credit cards and even ATM cards. In fact, for your convenience, we can arrange to have all your fees charged to your credit card automatically. This will help keep costs down and allow us to continue our lower than average service fees.
